Important Documents

Lynbrook Speech and Debate Constitution: The LSD Constitution defines all rules regarding the club and all officer positions.

Tournament Schedule: Please note that travel tournaments are conducted on an ad-hoc basis; depending on the number of members interested in going to each particular tournament, the team may choose to cancel a travel tournament for financial reasons. Email to express interest and receive cost estimates.

For Tournaments

Medical Form: All tournaments require a medical forum to be turned in to either the Head Coach (Mr. Ryan Lawrence) or to the office a minimum of four days in advance. Due to Fremont Union High School District policies, it is highly likely that you will not be able to attend the tournament you signed up for if you do not turn in a medical form on time, your deposit will not be returned, and you may have to pay a drop fee as a result. You can find a blank copy of the medical form below, an electronic editable version through the “tournament” tab after logging in, or you may pick up a copy in the Lynbrook office.

Trip Permit Form: Travel tournaments that necessitate being excused from school require a trip permit form; attendees must have these forms filled out and signed by all their regular teachers at Lynbrook High School and have it turned in with their medical forms a minimum of four days before departure. You can find a blank copy of the trip permit form below or you may pick up a copy in the Lynbrook office.
